She subsequently worked at Monomoy Capital, where she was a Director on the investment team. In March 2020, while the rest of the world was worried about where to find toilet paper, Lauren was named among Buyouts Women in PE 10 rock stars making waves in private equity. Then in May 2020, Lauren was named to PEI's The Future 40 List. We are obviously proud of Lauren's accomplishments but we try our best to level her out over a quick game of FIFA Soccer, as she is the worst player on the Investment Team.

Michael is responsible for broadly engaging and developing investment opportunities for LLR Partners. His team is responsible for origination and business development to cultivate relationships and opportunities that drive value creation across LLR's portfolio.
As Managing Director at iLEVEL Solutions, a SaaS company targeting the private capital market, Michael led worldwide sales, sales development, marketing and client retention efforts. Under his leadership, sales of the iLEVEL platform outpaced the market, with clients reporting very high levels of satisfaction. Michael was key to the growth of iLEVEL and ultimately its successful exit to Ipreo.
Prior to joining iLEVEL, Michael was an Executive Director at JP Morgan Alternative Investment Services. He was also Head of Sales at Investran (exited to SunGard), where he developed and implemented strategies to rapidly grow product sales into the private equity space. Early in his career, Michael was an analyst in the financial services practice at Accenture.

Ted has led the Sourcing activities for the firm since 2002. In 2014, he was appointed president of HKW and in August of 2015, assumed responsibilities as president & CEO. Ted splits his responsibilities between Sourcing and Investor Relations while managing the day-to-day operations for the firm.
Prior to joining HKW, Ted was an investment manager at White River Venture Partners and with Arthur Andersen, LLP in the business consulting group. Before his career in business, Ted played professional hockey.

Gordon Hargraves is a Senior Partner at Novacap and leads Investor Relations and Strategy. Novacap,
with over $8B in AUM, is a leading private equity firm that partners with great companies to help
accelerate their growth.
Mr. Hargraves has been investing in private equity since 1993, focusing on middle market buyout and
venture in North America and Western Europe. He has participated in over 230 fund commitments,
coinvestments and secondary purchases, with a directly attributable track record for over 120. This
includes commitments to Novacap TMT III and TMT IV as well as coinvesting in Syntax Systems Group.
Prior to joining Novacap, Mr. Hargraves was a Partner at PA Capital (Private Advisors) and focused on
low mid market private equity fund commitments, coinvestments and secondaries. Mr. Hargraves also
initiated and led the firm's ESG program.
Previously, Mr. Hargraves was a Partner at Rho Fund Investors and led investments in small buyout and
venture capital funds in North America and Europe. Mr. Hargraves also developed and managed the
private equity program at the National Bank of Kuwait in New York. He began his private equity career
at GCC Investments, focusing on growth investments in the US and Western Europe.
Josh joined 747 Capital in 2003 and is a Partner of the firm.
As a member of the investment team since inception of the firm's first fund, Josh is actively involved in the portfolio management, due diligence and manager selection process. Josh also oversees reporting and fund administration as well as US business development.
Josh is a member of the firm's investment committee and serves on the advisory boards of various underlying portfolio funds.
Prior to his role at 747 Capital, Josh was a product marketing manager at Citadon, where he managed the development of collaborative software products for the construction and engineering industries.
Josh received a M.B.A in Finance from the Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Middlebury College.

Amy joined Sterling in 2001 and is a Managing Director of Business Development. In her role, Amy develops and manages an extensive network of deal sources and cultivates investment opportunities.
Previously, she was a partner at Colt Capital Group, a private equity fund where she sourced proprietary investment opportunities from CEOs. Amy spent eight years as a senior executive in the investor relations industry advising public company CEOs on market positioning and communication. Prior to that, she was a vice president in equity research at Drexel Burnham Lambert covering the U.S. and British apparel industries. Earlier in her career, Amy was an analyst in the corporate finance department of Smith Barney. Amy earned a B.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Amy is a leader in numerous initiatives which support women in the financial community. For 2020, she was named by The Wall Street Journal as one of ten Women to Watch in Private Equity and was also selected to be on the prestigious "DealMakeHer" list comprised of 50 top female founders, CEOs and partners at VC/PE funds. In 2020 and 2019, Amy was honored as one of the Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A, by M&A Magazine. Amy is a co-founder of Exponent Women, a networking organization for women dealmakers in the private equity eco-system. Amy is a speaker at many financial community conferences where she shares her insights on business development and diversity. She has served on the committee for the Women in Business Program at The Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University and the Och Women in Finance Initiative at The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Amy is closely involved with Work-Like-a-Mother, an organization which provides services to business women returning to the workplace in the Westport, Connecticut area. Amy is also active in PinkAid, which helps underserved women survive breast cancer and Shatterproof, a national non-profit organization dedicated to ending the devastation addiction causes families.

Amy Margolis is the Head of Business Development and joined CI Capital Partners in 2017. Previously, Amy was a Principal on the origination team at The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm. Prior to joining Riverside, Amy spent 21 years at Prudential Securities, Inc., where she began as an investment banker and then became the Senior Vice President - Director of Equity Capital Markets. Sheryl Schwartz is creating an interval fund designed to give
individual investors greater access to institutional quality private
equity opportunities. Previously she was a Managing Director at
Caspian Private Equity (“Flexstone”), Perseus and TIAA-CREF. In
her roles, she lead investments in private equity on behalf of
institutional investors where she built diversified portfolios with a
focus on ESG, emerging managers and mid market. At Alti, TIAA,
Caspian and Perseus, she is or has been a member of the Investment
and Executive Committee for alternative investments including funds,
co-investments timber and real estate; At Perseus she was one of
three partners responsible for fundraising, sourcing, evaluating and
making direct mezzanine and structured equity investments in
connection with leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and growth financings. Ms. Schwartz built and led
TIAA-CREF's Alternative Investment team, which included building a diversified portfolio of $13 billion
of investments in private equity funds, co-investments, mezzanine debt and timber. Ms. Schwartz built
and managed a team of 14 professionals and provided leadership for portfolio strategy, composition,
performance, asset allocation, underwriting and presented the portfolio and strategy to senior management,
the board and a third party institutional client.
Ms. Schwartz serves on the Board of Directors of the Women's Association of Venture and Equity, which is
a nonprofit organization committed to the development and advancement of women in private equity and
venture capital since 2007 and is an Adjunct Professor Finance and Private Equity at Fordham Gabelli
School of Business. She was also a long-time member of the Institutional Limited Partners Association
(ILPA). Ms Schwartz is also on the advisory board of Peracs since 2013 and AIF since 2013, a think tank
focused on Alternative Investment industry. Ms Schwartz also served as an LP Advisory Board member for
many private equity funds.
Ms. Schwartz was one of Mergers & Acquisitions "Most Influential Women in the Mid Market M&A" in
2015 , 2016, 2019 and 2021 was featured in the Wall Street Journals, "Six of Private Equity's Most
Influential Female Gatekeepers" in 2017 and in Buyouts Magazine in March 2019 "Building networks: 10

Juan Alva is a Managing Director of Pelham S2K, where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments.
Previously, Juan was a Partner at Fifth Street Management, where he was responsible for originating investment opportunities and also served as the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development. In addition, Juan was a Principal in Fifth Street Management's two SBIC funds. Prior to Fifth Street Management, he was an investment banker in the Financial Institutions and Corporate Finance Groups at Goldman Sachs, CFO of ClickServices (a wireless software company majority owned by Cisco Systems) and a senior investment banker at Trinity Capital, a boutique investment bank focused on the food and restaurant industries.

Richard is the Managing Partner of Consumer Growth Partners (CGP), a private equity investment/independent sponsor and advisory firm with an exclusive focus on middle-market specialty retail and non-perishable branded consumer products companies.
Prior to co-founding CGP in 2005, Mr. Baum spent more than fifteen years as a sell-side equity research analyst at Sanford Bernstein, Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse where he was consistently ranked among the industry leaders in the annual Institutional Investor and Greenwich Associates polls. Previously, Mr. Baum spent six years in the merchandising organization at Bloomingdale's. He began his career as a strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group.
Mr. Baum currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Harris Originals, Inc. and as a Board Director for Factory Connection, Inc. He recently stepped down as a board director of Vera Bradley, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRA) after nine years. He is also President of the Retail Marketing Society, a not-for-profit organization that focuses on leading edge topics of interest for the broad retail community.
Mr. Baum earned a BA degree in Economics from the University of Michigan where he graduated magna cum laude with Phi Beta Kappa honors and a JD degree from Harvard Law School. Mr. Baum lives in Westchester County, NY with his wife Robin. He is the proud father of two young men, Zachary a corporate attorney in Washington, DC and Ross a musical theatre composer and vocal coach in New York City.
Willie E. Woods

Prior to co-founding ICV, Mr. Woods was a Vice President in investment banking at Deutsche Bank Alex Brown. Mr. Woods was responsible for deal origination and execution of merger and acquisition, leverage loan, high yield bond and equity transactions with a focus on financial sponsors in the basic industries. Prior to Deutsche Bank Alex Brown, Mr. Woods worked in private equity at Levmark Capital, investment banking at Lehman Brothers Inc. and corporate banking at NBD Bank. Mr. Woods serves on the Board of Directors of the Apollo Theater Foundation, The Initiative for a Competitive Inner City, and Mr. Woods is a Trustee and Chairman of the Board of Morehouse College.
Mr. Woods received his BA degree in Accounting from Morehouse College and his M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
Ty is an Operating Partner at Trive Capital with expertise in corporate strategy, business leadership, M&A execution, and operational excellence initiatives.
Before joining Trive in 2020, Ty served as Chief Executive Officer of Select Interior Concepts, a publicly traded leading provider of interior surface products for residential and commercial applications. Ty also held the position of President, Omnimax North America and prior to that was President of Amtico International, a private equity backed flooring manufacturer. Ty held several Executive management positions at Armstrong Flooring and spent the early part of his career at GE Capital in various product development, marketing, and business development roles.

Joy joined UBS in 2004 and is an Executive Director in the Private Funds Group. She is a senior distribution banker primarily responsible for covering institutional limited partner relationships in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Canada, and is actively involved in the group's origination efforts. Prior to this role, Joy spent close to ten years executing secondary market transactions as part of the Secondary Advisory Team. Prior to joining the Private Funds Group, she was a member of UBS's M&A and Strategic Solutions groups. Joy received her Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

Nishen Radia is a co-founder of FocalPoint and has approximately 25 years of experience advising owners of middle-market companies on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity recapitalizations and financial restructurings.
Adam is a member of the firm's Management Committee and joined Portfolio Advisors in 2010. As Co-Head of the Co-Investment Team, Adam is primarily engaged in sourcing, evaluating and recommending investment opportunities in private equity co-investments. Previously, he was Co-founder and President of New York Life Capital Partners ("NYLCAP"), the captive manager of alternative assets for New York Life Insurance Company and third-party investors. Heather leads Huron's business development and investment sourcing
activities, including outreach to deal professionals such as business brokers,
investment banks, attorneys, accountants and consultants.
Heather has over 20 years originating, structuring, and executing debt and
equity transactions in the middle market. Prior to joining Huron Capital,
Heather was responsible for all West Coast new business development for
SPP Capital Partners, a NY-based investment bank. Heather also served as
Vice President and Team Leader of Middle Market Banking at Comerica Bank
in San Francisco and has also held roles at CIT Sponsor Finance and
Madison Capital Funding LLC where she focused on originating and
structuring leverage finance products for private equity clients.

Ms. Burkett joined LCG in 2013 and is Vice President, Director of Private Investments. Her
responsibilities include private investments research as well as due diligence and collaborating
with clients to implement their private investment allocations.
Prior to joining LCG, Catharine was a founding Co-Director of Alternative Investments for the
Retirement Systems of the State of Georgia. In that capacity, she led and created the initial
private equity investment infrastructure. Previously, Catharine was a Principal at Camden
Partners, which she joined to build out Camden Private Capital as a diversified private equity
fund of funds.
Before working at Camden, Catharine was Director of Private Investments at Spider
Management Company, the University of Richmond, where she managed the University's
portfolio of investment funds for real assets as well as venture capital and private equity funds.
During the 1990's, Catharine held positions at the Sherman Fairchild Foundation, The Overseas
Private Investment Company, Duke University Management Company, CIT Equity Investments,
and Rogers Casey & Associates (now Segal Marco Advisors). She started her career at The
Hillman Company, Pittsburgh.
Catharine has a BA from Queens College, Charlotte, N.C. and an MBA from Xavier University,
Cincinnati, OH. She has served on the Board of Advisors for a number of private equity and
venture capital funds, was Treasurer of the Foxfire Fund and on the Advisory Board of the
Alliance Theatre. She currently serves as a Trustee of Portico Benefit Services, and is a
member of the Advisory Board of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and the Investment
Committee for All Saints Episcopal Church, Atlanta.
A.J. Rohde is a Senior Partner at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm 2010, and is responsible for managing the firm's Discover funds, which focus on investing in mid-sized and smaller software and technology companies. Previously he worked in investment banking at Saban Capital Group and Jefferies & Company, and he also worked for Ford Motor Company. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Marin General Hospital Foundation. A.J. earned his MBA from University of Chicago and his BA degree in Economics from Villanova University.
Kelly is a Managing Director at Probitas Partners, a global alternative investment placement
agent, responsible for research. Previously he was the Chief Operating Officer at Pacific
Corporate Group, a consultant and fund-of-funds manager, focused on the private equity
partnership investment program globally. Before joining PCG, Kelly held various positions at
First Interstate Bancorp, including management of a $170 million private equity portfolio. He
has a MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA from Stanford
University. He is currently a member of the Advisory Board at the Investment Management Due

Robert co-founded Encore Consumer Capital in 2005. He is Chairman of Encore portfolio companies Ancient Harvest, Love Wellness and Tender Belly and a director of Full Sail Brewing, Navitas Organics, and Supergoop!. Robert was the Chairman of former Encore portfolio companies Aidells Sausage Company, Atlantic Aqua Farms, California Splendor, Caterina Foods, Isopure, PhillySwirl and tarte and was a director at Thanasi Foods.
Prior to Encore, Robert was a partner at Swander Pace Capital, a private equity firm focused on investments in the consumer products industry. Robert previously was the Director of New Business Development at Foster Farms, where his responsibilities included the general management of Foster's $75MM Prepared Foods Division and corporate development. Robert began his professional career in the consumer products industry in 1991 as a consultant at Swander Pace & Company, where over time he became a Principal. He advised consumer products companies and private equity firms on matters of corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions and competitive assessment. Robert received a BS and an MS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
Robert is a native Californian and currently resides in Marin County with his wife and their three children. He is actively involved in his children's schools and sports teams and enjoys water sports and exploring the outdoors with his family. Robert is a member of the Leadership Council of the Positive Coaching Alliance, a national non-profit developing "Better Athletes, Better People" by working to provide youth and high school athletes a positive, character-building youth sports experience.
Mr. Mazarakis is currently the Managing Partner at Trispan, a lower middle market Private Equity firm with $650M AUM.
Prior to Trispan he was a Senior Operating Partner and Head of Portfolio Support at CDPQ's Private Equity division that has $30+B under management and invested in 40+ direct investments. Before joining CDPQ Capital, Mr. Mazarakis was a Managing Director and Operating Partner for THL Partners focusing on the Consumer, Retail, Healthcare and Business Services Industries. Before THL, Mr. Mazarakis was a senior Operating executive at Cerberus Capital where he led the Firm's Top-Line Growth initiatives for the 30+ portfolio companies.
Prior to Private Equity, Mr. Mazarakis spent 13 years in C-level positions with Fortune 50 companies. He was the COO for YUM Brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell) in Latin America and the Caribbean overseeing 1,500 stores and then the CMO for Pizza Hut International (4,500+ stores). Before YUM Brands, he was the CMO for the Global Consumer Business at Bristol Myers Squibb.
Mr. Mazarakis started his career with McKinsey & Company where he spent 7 years with Retail and Consumer clients in the US, Europe and Latin America.
